Black and White Summer

Posted on:

I reckon it’s not a stretch to go all summer wearing all white or all black head to toe or in combination. T-shirt and mules: Zara. Try Tibi, Margiela or these mules if you hate your toes. Leather trousers: Isabel Marant x H&M. Blazer: Asos. Bag: Chanel. Try Rebecca Minkoff. Handcuff necklace: Jennifer Zeuner. Try Gorjana. Friends I talk to about what they want to wear this summer are feeling the same way; just wear monochrome for weeks. This earlier post in all white didn’t even get grubby…

hello hello! second to last day at work here; i’ve been trying to insure they’ll miss me by making some decent snacks. i tested out this muffin tin pie idea wednesday night with dinner (and packaged most of them up to send to my little sister) – so yesterday, i stepped it up a bit and made 2 different kinds of pie, apple and pumpkin, all in a muffin tin.i just used standard pie dough and regular fillings – for one-crust pies, like the pecan and pumpkin, one pie crust is …

(Sunday Somewhere x fashiontoast Paris sunglasses, Bones & Feathers Collective choker, Tuchuzy tank, Friend of Mine Vampire leather skirt, Aquazzura Sahara heels, Michael Verheyden tote) From what I can remember, I wore this outfit three days in a row. I want to be there early.” We both decided to take the logo-emblazoned chartered ferry (complete with all-white seat covers and cocktails served) to Brooklyn Navy Yard, the venue of yesterday evening’…

Ilona Heads To Provincetown

Posted on:

I met up with Ilona right before she headed to Provincetown for the summer. She told me that she can’t wait to swim in the sea and take in all the colors and warmth of Cape Cod. I always miss Ilona during her summers in P-Town, but am excited to catch up on all her adventures back in the city in September.

Since she just a girl, Pascale Mussard, the great-great-great granddaughter of Hermès founder Thierry Hermès, has been collecting scraps from the iconic house’s workshops on Rue du Faubourg St.-Honoré (where she spent her childhood…how jealous are we?!).
