It’s been a minute since I’ve posted on this blog, but there a few reasons I’m sharing here today and that is because we have finally entered into my favorite season, which is fall! I know, that’s a fairly basic statement, but it’s true. I am crazy about autumn and everything that comes with it, and that includes the fashion. I love layering, and wearing chunky knit sweaters and plaid prints, but this year I think I have found the perfect fall uniform and it involves…the shacket. I have a friend who didn’t know what this was, so for those of you that are confused by that word, it’s a hybrid of a shirt and jacket! They have been around for a bit but are popping back up like crazy, which made me really happy to see because they are so cozy and the easiest thing in the world to style. My go-to outfit combo for the next few months will be some version of a shacket, either plain or plaid, a white or gray t-shirt and a pair of leggings (I love this leather pair) and boots or sneakers.
